Absolutely loved my time that I spent here! The entire staff was amazing and very friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations and I L-O-V-E my cut and color that was done here it is simply beautiful and exactly how i envisioned it would look! They have gained a permanent client that's for sure! I would HIGHLY recommended coming here for any of your beauty needs.

Most salons in this area are usually a hit or a miss. This one is a keeper! It's always clean and full of knowleable staff. This is truly a one stop shop. I've had almost every service listed, the Milk_Shake conditioning treatments and Derma Sound facials are my favorite. I would definitely recommend this place.

This salon is truly amazing, from the staff to the atmosphere there is nothing left to be desired. The wash house is my favorite spot. The scalp massage will have you wanting to return on a daily basis. I overheard the owner talking to her staff about upcoming classes. That made me happy, it shows she wants to help her staff gain as much knowledge as possible. I will definitely be back

I love this place!! Since I have moved out of state,
I return here to get my hair done!! Every time I am in the salon, everyone is so friendly!! I get greeted as I walk in the door, asked if I want a refreshment. Carrie is a wiz when it comes to hair products, and maintaining the integrity of my hair! The salon has a clean, crisp look and it is very inviting. The wash house is wonderful and relaxing. The spa music while getting a scalp massage is a nice touch! I love coming home from Indy to get my hair done

I thoroughly enjoyed Pure Zen Salon. The part that stood out to me was the hair washing/ deep conditioning treatment. It’s unlike any other salon I’ve been to. It’s in a separate room and there is spa music playing. The deep conditioning treatment I got was lavender and the experience was very relaxing. 10/10

I drove by Zen salon, and it caught my eye. Being a single Mom, pampering yourself is a treat. The last place I went to months earlier, was not a great experience. Carrie was nice from the first conversation, her welcome packet made me feel like they cared about their clients getting the best experience possible. The salon was adorable and very confortable. I even received a coupon. I highly recommend, and have found my "place"!
