Cancellations & No Shows

 

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation guidelines. Please respect the nature of our business. We require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee applies and will be charged and due before a new appointment is scheduled. Upon re-booking, we will require a credit card on file to hold any future reservations. A guest may no show or last minute cancel their appointment with our salon professionals one time. After that initial instance, Pure Zen Salon & Spa Inc. will charge the required fees. A no call/no show voids any promotions used with the reservation. Groupons, promotional gift certificates, vouchers, donations or any other promotional item(s) will be fortified.

Gift Certificates/cards/vouchers 

Gift certificates/cards/vouchers are non transferable and non refundable. Not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion will remain on the certificate for further redemption. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of purchase. Pure Zen Salon & Spa Inc. reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates/cards/vouchers.

Vouchers are valid on services only. Not valid with any other offer. Can not be used for tipping or redeemed for cash. One voucher per visit, per person. Valid for named guest only. Vouchers do expire. 

Card Hold and Pre-Pay Services

Packages and some specials may require a credit card hold or require pre-payment. Our Cancellation and No Show policies apply.

Returns on Products

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, We will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 90 days from your initial purchase (proof of purchase is required) If products were purchased on a BOGO all items must be returned for full refund to be applied.

Color Service Guarantees

We guarantee the longevity of our color services only with the use of recommended salon products. Hair care products are only guaranteed effective when purchased from a professional salon. We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your hair service, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’ll be happy to correct the issue.

 

PACKAGES

Gratuity is NOT included in packages. 

Packages are already discounted. No substituting of services in packages. All packages require payment in full when scheduling. Cancelling and no show policies apply.

Children

Due to the nature of our salon environment, children must be supervised at all times by an adult not receiving services. Child may not sit on your lap during services. We will need you to reschedule you appointment if you bring your children with you. This is for their safety and the safety of others.
